Bijoynagar Gram Panchayat, under Mohanpur R.D. Block, aspires to transform into a Model “Boutique Panchayat”, integrating the concepts of Smart Panchayat, Rooftop Cafeteria, and an Open Meditation Centre, with a focus on promoting rural tourism in an appealing and sustainable manner.

Covering an area of 2.5 sq. km, the Panchayat comprises 942 households with a total population of 3,575.
